How is furniture delivered, and how long does it take?

Most pieces arrive within 3–5 business days of your order. We call ahead to schedule a delivery window that works for you, so you are not waiting around all day.

Does the furniture arrive assembled?

Yes — sofas, dining tables and accent cabinets arrive fully assembled. Bookcases and TV stands need simple assembly of legs or shelves, which takes about 15–20 minutes with the included Allen key and no extra tools.

Can I return a piece if it is not right?

Yes, you have 30 days to return an unused item in its original condition and packaging. Just bring it back to the Visalia showroom or call us and we will arrange the pickup.

Can I see the furniture in person before buying?

Yes — come see the full range on the floor at our Visalia showroom. Our team is there to walk you through finishes, sizes and how each piece sits in a real room.

How do I care for wood and metal finishes?

Wipe wood and metal with a soft dry cloth and avoid harsh cleaners or abrasive pads. Keep pieces out of direct sunlight so the finish and fabric colour stay even over time.

Is there a warranty on the furniture?

Yes, every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a frame, joint or finish fails under normal use, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
